The imagination is a predominant characteristic of the Calabrian, and even in this case the generous earth and the admiration of how many of various things it can offer, that has influenced on the formation of our character. All we had to do is to follow our vocation and in fact: Mparrettati, Covatelli, Macaroni al ferretto, Casarecce, etc. are the demonstration. And, to be near to the distant consumers, we have wanted to add to the regional typical forms those conventional as Penne rigate, Spighetti, Fusilli, Lumaconi, etc. Today in all we have 21 pasta forms in two different types of product that we have diversified only for the packaging, but in any case the principle has not been changed: the choice of the durum-wheat semolina, bronze dawning and the slow and natural desiccation  have given life to a product that in any form remains an artisan product, able  to absorb and hold the souses with which comes cooked and then tasted.

This is the reason why the La oerta Factory has also created a new line of sauces so called “ Naturalmente”
This Kind of sauces is created only by using the best ingredients : tomatos courgettes aubergines, olives.
The ingredients are prepared and refined then mixed together im order to obtain a particulary flavour.
Now the th choice of the durum-wheat semolina, bronze dawning and the Mediterranean sauces have been mixed together in order to realise a new product: Tutti a tavola.
This new line has been created to give the possibility to everyone to prepare a nourishing meal of quality ready in 10 minutes.
