the 1979 the Laporta family decided to venture in what then has
become the hinge of the proper activity: the manufacture of
artisan drawn pasta produced
with esteemed
durum-wheat semolina and in the total
respect for the nature.
From
the beginning and due to the perseverance of who wanted to grow
without damaging the quality, the Laporta pasta factory has
achieved important results succeeding to inserts into
well defined niche
of Market, which id focussed
to the quality rather than to the quantity.
